Brow FAQs
Brow lamination is a chemical treatment that restructures the hair to lay in a uniform direction, creating a fuller, brushed-up look. A wax removes unwanted hair for clean shape. Lamination changes the texture and direction of the hair you keep. Our lamination service includes a tint, wax, and shape so you get the full effect in one visit.
A vegetable-based brow tint lasts 3-4 weeks on the hair. It is a great option for filling in sparse areas without daily pencil work. Your esthetician will help you choose the right shade based on your brow density and goals.
Before your appointment, let your brows grow out for at least 2-3 weeks. Avoid retinol and exfoliating acids on the brow area for 48 hours prior. After your service, skip heavy workouts and steam for 24 hours. If you had a tint, avoid oil-based cleansers on the brow area for the first day. Your esthetician will walk you through everything.
Most clients come in every 3-4 weeks for a brow wax. This keeps the shape clean without letting too much regrowth happen between visits. If you're also getting a tint, the timing lines up perfectly — both services are due around the same interval.
Brow lamination is generally safe for most skin types, but if you have very reactive or sensitized skin, a patch test is recommended. We use professional-grade solutions and always assess your skin before starting. Let your esthetician know about any allergies, medications, or recent treatments during your consultation.
