Before Your Appointment
- Let your brows grow out for 3–4 weeks so your esthetician has maximum hair to work with
- Avoid retinol, glycolic acid, and exfoliating products on the brow area for 48 hours
- Skip brow makeup on the day of your appointment for the best adhesion
- Arrive with a clean, dry face — no heavy moisturizers or sunscreen on the brow area
- Let your esthetician know about any recent chemical peels, laser treatments, or skin sensitivities
After Your Lamination
- Keep brows completely dry for 24 hours — no water, steam, or sweat on the brow area
- Do not apply makeup, serums, or oils to the brows for the first 24 hours
- Avoid touching, rubbing, or sleeping face-down for the first night
- Skip saunas, hot yoga, and swimming for 48 hours after treatment
- Brush brows upward each morning with a clean spoolie to maintain the shape
- Apply a nourishing brow oil or serum after the first 24 hours to keep hairs conditioned
