Membership FAQ
Memberships are recurring monthly plans, billed automatically and best for clients on a steady cadence (Brazilian, brows, etc.). Packages are prepaid bundles of a fixed number of sessions — pay once, redeem at your own pace.
Yes. You can switch between any of the four memberships at any time. The change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Cancel within 30 days of your billing cycle to stop further charges. Any remaining balance on your account may still be used after cancellation.
Packages are designed for the cadence noted on each card (e.g., a 12-session annual package is sized for monthly visits). If you need to extend a package, just contact the studio — we work with you.
